Moto E4 Plus gets firmware update version NMA26.42-82

Motorola’s 2017 mid range device Moto E4 Plus is getting a new firmware update. The update arrives as build NMA26.42-82 which should improve stability in the device by addressing bugs in the firmware along multiple improvements. But infact the update seems to give more damage to the device then what it was supposed to do.

Multiple users who have taken this new update on their Moto E4 Plus have complained on the Lenovo’s forum that after installing the update they are facing some issues in camera regarding blury auto-focus. This is not the only problem but some also mentioned that they are unable to text message from their device as well.

So far Motorola has yet to response back on thread and let’s see when they pull back the update and release a new one. So if you are getting an OTA on your device we warn you not to take this update carrying build number NMA26.42-82, until a new firmware is released.

Stay tuned for more updates!
