Verizon S8 and S8 Plus gets red tint fix update [build SQU1AQDF]
After AT&T, Verizon is just another US carrier that has also started seeding an update to Verizon S8 and S8 Plus that addresses red tint issue. The red tint fix update for Verizon S8 carries build number G950USQU1AQDF, while Verizon S8 Plus is getting build G955USQU1AQDF. The update tunes the color combination on Galaxy S8 that reduces the reddish shade on the device and make it appear as balanced color tone.
Soon after the release of Galaxy S8 users have started complaining about some red tint display issue, although not all devices have this problem but it really ruins the experience of a latest $700 device. So learning from the past mistakes regarding Note 7 debacle, Samsung took serious notice regarding the issue and released a quick fix through software update.
Note: The build number for all the carrier bonded devices is the same. We have already posted same guide for updating T-Mobile S8 on same build.
