Install Red tint fix update on AT&T S8/S8 Plus [build SQU1AQDE]

AT&T Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus devices are now getting a latest firmware update from Samsung that fixes the red tint display issue. Soon after the release of Galaxy S8 users have started complaining about some red tint display issue, although not all devices have this problem but it really ruins the experience of a latest $700 device. So learning from the past mistakes regarding Note 7 debacle, Samsung took serious notice regarding the issue and released a quick fix through software update.

Now multiple devices have already updated to latest firmware that is specially released to address the red shaded display on Galaxy S8 devices. If you are one of those users who have a AT&T Galaxy S8 with the red tint shade then here you will find a quick fix for it. AT&T started rolling out the display issue fix update for it’s Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus devices. The update brings in build number Q955USQU1AQDE for AT&T S8 and Q955USQU1AQDE for AT&T S8 Plus.

Manually install red tint fix update on AT&T Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus via Odin

Pre-requisite:

Your device should be charged 70% at minimum to avoid shutting down during the process.

Enable USB Debugging. Go to Settings > Developer Options > Enable USB debugging

Process to install firmware on AT&T Galaxy S8/S8 Plus via Odin

Turn off your device completely.

Reboot your device into Download Mode, to do so follow this guide
