January 2018 patch NPIS26.48-36-2 for Moto G4 Plus is released!
Moto G4 Plus owners in Brazil are now receiving a new system update from Motorola. The update is arriving as build NPIS26.48-36-2, that installs January 2018 security patch and also brings some minor improvements in the firmware to enhance stability. The January 2018 security update for Moto G4 Plus brings fix for KRACK Wi-Fi exploit and other security improvements.
It is always recommended to keep your device on latest firmware because new updates bring new features and security improvements on the device. Now go to Settings > About Phone > System updates.
In System updates give a manual software update check, the device will connect to the Motorola servers for checking the OTA if available.
You will be notified if the update is available, just download and then press install to install it on your device.
