Xiaomi has started updating it’s all devices including 4 year older device to latest flagships with the next version of it’s MIUI skin. The company is now sending MIUI 9.2.2.0.KHIMIEK Global Stable ROM for Redmi Note and MIUI 9.2.3.0.KHIMIEK Global Stable ROM towards Redmi Note Prime. The update is still based on Android KitKat but Xiaomi has updated it’s skin and features in the ROM.
The The MIUI 9.2 ROM for Redmi Note and Redmi Note Prime brings improved layout and readability feature for contacts search, switch for turning on the battery saver automatically, improved block lists for each sim, new display formats in updater apps and much more. Some of the other changes include, accidental touch prevention, better apps cleaner and more polished UI.
