Note 4 N910F and Note Edge N915F get May security patch in Europe [Tutorial]

Samsung after rolling out latest monthly updates for latest flagships, turns it’s face towards older devices. Now Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge N915F units are getting latest security updates in Europe. The update is based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, brings May security patch and other minor improvements and bug fixes. The update comes as build N910FXXU1DQE2 for Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910F while N915FYXXS1DQE1 for Galaxy Note Edge SM-N915F.

Although these updates look minor but are very important too, the purpose of security updates is to protect your device from Malware and Exposures that mostly come through internet. The update is now live via OTA as we speak so if you are a user of one of the above mentioned devices then the update is going to hit your device anytime soon. Also follow the update by going through Settings > About device > System updates.
