Install Zenfone 3 ZE552KL official Oreo V15.0410.1712.31 update

Asus after rolling out stock Oreo for ZenFone 4, the Company started rolling out official Android 8.0 Oreo update with ZenUI 4.0 for it’s Zenfone 3 ZE552KL. The update is released today, and this official Oreo update for Zenfone 3 ZE552KL arrives as version 15.0410.1712.31 which is pushed via OTA. If you own a Zenfone 3 ZE552KL unit with Android Nougat on board then you are eligible for the receiving Oreo update on your device.

The brings goodies of Android 8.0 Oreo which includes, Picture in Picture mode, Notification Dots, integrated Doze mode with improvements, faster app boot speed, and a lot more. The update is now live via OTA, the OTA can take some time because of regional delays but you must get ready for it, go to Settings > About device > System updates. If the update is available you’ll be notified, just download and install it on your device.

Internal storage will decrease slightly after update, suggest to backup data and relocate media file (pictures & video clip) to SD card to reserve at least 1.5GB storage before starting the software update.
