Before you begin:

Your device must be charged above 60% to avoid shut down during the process.

Root and install TWRP recovery on Pixel 2 | Pixel 2 XL

Create a Nandroid backup, follow this guide.

Process to customize the Active edge Squeeze feature on Pixel 2/Pixel 2XL

Install the appropriate Magisk Module via Magisk Manager.

Download Magisk Module for Pixel 2 | Pixel 2 XL and transfer them on your device storage.

Download latest Magisk Manager and install in on your device as normal APK. Here

How to install Magisk Module zip via Magisk Manager

Now install the Magisk Module zip file for both devices via Magisk Manager.

Open the Magisk Manager App, in the app’s interface tap on the Menu icon in the top left corner > then Modules.

Then tap on the Big Yellow Plus “+” button at the bottom.

Now choose the Magisk Module zip file and tap “Install”.

Once the flashing process is done simple, tap on ‘Reboot’ to restart your device so that settings may change effects.

Install Edge Sense Plus app:

Once done with the installation process, download the “Edge Sense Plus” app from Google Play.

Open the app and start customizing the Active edge Squeeze feature on your Pixel 2/Pixel 2 XL as per your choice.
