Finally Samsung rolls out Android 7.0 Nougat update for Galaxy A7 SM-A710M. Just like Galaxy A5, the update has first landed in Russia and then it is released for other countries gradually. Stock Nougat update for Galaxy A7 SM-A710M bumps the build number to A710MUBU2CQD4 and installs the security patch for the month of April. This is a major update from Marshmallow to Nougat so expect the OTA as pretty heavy and find some unlimited data plan or WiFi connection.
Once you install the Android 7.0 Nougat firmware on Galaxy A7 A710M, you’ll be able to access the major Nougat features like improved UX, Split screen feature, integrated Doze mode for better battery backup, redesigned notifications shade, updated security patches and more. Early preparations:
Your device should be charged 70% at minimum to avoid shutting down during the process.
Enable USB Debugging. Go to Settings > Developer Options > Enable USB debugging
Back up your important data.
Download Odin tool 3.12.3 from this link
Download the latest USB drivers for Samsung from this link and then install them on PC.
