Verizon released May security update VRU4BQC5 for Galaxy S7/S7 Edge

American carrier including AT&T and Verizon have started seeding latest security updates for Galaxy S7 variants in US. AT&T S7/S7 Edge have already received May security patch now Verizon is the next one to roll out it right now. The update is based on Android 7.0 Nougat and arriving as build G930VVRU4BQC5 for Verizon S7 G930V while G930VVRU4BQC5 for Verizon S7 Edge G930V. The update installs security patch for the month of May, 2017 along other minor improvements and bug fixes. The update is now live via OTA as we speak so if you are a user of Verizon S7/S7 Edge then the update is going to hit your device anytime soon. Also follow the update by going through Settings > About device > System updates.
