HTC 10 users in Australia are getting a new firmware update today by Australian carrier Telstra. This is not an ordinary update infact Telstra is rolling out Android 7.0 Nougat update for long waited HTC 10 devices bonded with Telstra. Still the build number of the update is unknown but it is confirmed that the OTA has landed for the region. Users were getting impatient to see Nougat on their devices because multiple carriers have already released Nougat update months earlier.
Once Android 7.0 Nougat update is installed on your device, you’ll be able to access all the major features of stock Nougat update on your HTC 10. Some of main features are, Split screen, revamped notification shade, improved Doze mode, quick reply feature from notification bar, Data saver and much more. We recommend you to keep your device charged at minimum 60% to avoid shutdown during the installation process, to update manually directly go to Settings > About phone > System updates.
