Samsung Galaxy S8/S8 Plus detailed specifications and price

Korean tech giant just unveiled their latest flagship device Galaxy S8 today at a media event in New York. The production of Galaxy S8 aims to retake the Market it lost to Apple after Galaxy Note 7 fiasco. This time Samsung is not going to do the same mistake again that happened in the past. The new devices will go on Sale from April 21.

Samsung launched two variants of Galaxy S8 code named Dream internally, Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus. The bezel less curved display is now pretty long that makes it much beautiful as compared to it’s predecessors and Samsung has introduced a bundle of latest features in it’s flagships devices.

A new intelligence feature named as Bixby is introduced that works just like Apple’s Siri with much enhanced performance, the new Iris scanning and Face recognition feature that lets you unlock your device by simply looking at it. Fingerprint mounted on the back, water proofing upto 30 Minutes and 5 meter and much intelligent software.

Galaxy S8 weighs about 155 grams with dimension of 148.9 x 68.1 x 8.0mm

Under the hood 64 bit octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor along 4GB of RAM on board. UFS 2.1 64GB internal storage expandable to 256GB and USB type C port.
Running Android 7.0 Nougat, supports Wireless charging, Bio-metric Finger print, Iris scanning and face detection feature.

The device will cost you around €909 or $850.
