Before you begin:

Enable USB debugging on your device. Settings > Developer option > USB debugging.

Process to re-enable the ‘Font Style’ option on EMUI 5.0 running Huawei devices

Connect your device to PC.

Open Command Window on your PC. To do so, Press Right Shift + Right Mouse click any empty place on PC and then choose ‘Open Command Window here’ from the pop up.

Now in the command window type the following command.

adb shell settings put system hw_hide_font_style false

Once done with the above, then type,

adb reboot

That’s it! After reboot, go to device settings > you will see the font style option back on your device.
