Galaxy S8 gets G950FXXU1ZQK1 Android Oreo based hotfix update

Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus units in UK are getting a new beta update from Samsung, this is a hotfix update released after Oreo beta 3. This new update is released as build G950FXXU1ZQK1 which aims to fix all those bug that arrived after installing Oreo beta 3, if you are also facing any issues with the beta 3 update then take this update as soon as possible.

If you are already on beta 3 then ZQKG firmware then you are eligible for the hotfix G950FXXU1ZQK1 update. The latest beta update brings improvements over the first one along multiple new features and stability improvements including November security patch and improves the stability of DeX mode along launcher improvements as well.

Early preparations:

Your device should be charged 70% at minimum to avoid shutting down during the process.

Enable USB Debugging. Go to Settings > Developer Options > Enable USB debugging

Back up your important data.

Download the latest USB drivers for Samsung from this link and then install them on PC.
