Galaxy A8 SM-A810S stock Nougat A810SKSU1BQH1 update

Earlier it was announced that Samsung’s A series device Galaxy A8 2016 will get Android 7.0 Nougat update. Now it seems today is the day, the Korean Galaxy A8 SM-A810S is receiving stock Nougat update in it’s Hometown Korea, the official Android 7.0 Nougat update for Galaxy A8 SM-A810S arrives as build number A810SKSU1BQH1 that rolls out via OTA but you can also install the update via Kies and Odin as well.

Once you install the Android 7.0 Nougat firmware on Galaxy A8 SM-A810S, you’ll be able to access the major Nougat features like improved UX, Split screen feature, integrated Doze mode for better battery backup, redesigned notifications shade, updated security patches and more. The stock Nougat A810SKSU1BQH1 firmware can be updated via Kies as well, but we recommend you try the OTA update first, go to Settings > About device > Check software updates.

Early preparations:

Your device should be charged 70% at minimum to avoid shutting down during the process.

Enable USB Debugging. Go to Settings > Developer Options > Enable USB debugging

Back up your important data.

Download Odin tool 3.12.3 from this link

Download the latest USB drivers for Samsung from this link and then install them on PC.
