Essential phone is now getting new firmware update from it’s manufacturer. The new update for Essential phone arrives as build NMI81C, which brings improvements to camera via this system update. The shots taken on Essential phone after it’s launch were not much impressive so the company promise to deliver system update to improve camera quality so today another OTA NMI81C has landed for the device.
The NMI81C update doesn’t brings anything major except camera improvements but it is recommend to keep your phone updated regarding firmware updates. Essential Team is also working on the camera app to brings improvements, the camera app can be downloaded from Google Play. The improvements mentioned by the company are better HDR mode, portrait mode and live 360 streaming.

Open the settings app from the app drawer
Now head to about phone section and then system updates.
Give a check to system updates, please make sure your device is connected to a working internet connection.
