Root Sprint S6 SM-G920P on Nougat via CF-Auto-Root (zerofltespr)

Here you go, finally after a month CF-Auto-root package for Sprint Galaxy S6 G920V is released. The root package is capable of rooting Sprint Galaxy S6 devices running on Android 7.0 Nougat firmware that was released last month. This is a great news for all of those users who were looking for the proper and easiest root method to root Galaxy S6 on Android 7.0 Nougat. Now in this guide you would be able to root Sprint S6 SM-G920P  on Android 7.0 Nougat via CF-Auto-root package and odin.

Note: Sprint S6 SM-G920P  can be easily rooted via Chainfire’s Auto root package, rooting your device requires flashing the CF-Auto root package via Odin so the process is almost same for every Samsung device. We don’t need to change it for every device, we have already followed the same process for other Galaxy devices as well.

Enable USB Debugging. Go to Settings > Developer options > USB Debugging

Download and install the latest USB drivers for Samsung on PC. Click here

Download latest Odin 3.12.3. Click here

Download CF-Auto-root for Sprint S6 SM-G920P  (zerofltespr). Click here

Process to root Nougat on Sprint S6 SM-G920P  via Odin

Turn off your phone completely.

Now reboot your device into Download Mode, to do so follow this guide.

Once in download Mode, follow this guide to flash the CF-Auto-root package via Odin.
