Motorola started seeding it’s Moto Z2 Play with October security patch in the US. The update that arrives as build NDSS26.118-23-11 brings multiple improvements regarding device security and installs October security patch on the device. This is not an incremental update, it’s a minor security fix update that updates security patch and brings minor improvements and under the hood bug fixes.

You can download the October security update for Moto Z2 Play via OTA but remember to charge your device at minimum 60% to avoid shutdown during the process and also set up a working internet connection to download the update.
