Download OxygenOS Open Beta 32/24 for OnePlus 3/3T [Tutorial]

OnePlus continuing it’s beta roll out has rolled out a new Oxygen OS Open beta update for both OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T. The update arrives as OxygenOS Open Beta 32 for OnePlus 3 and OxygenOS Open Beta 23 for OnePlus 3T, the update is low live as we speak and you will be getting the OTA shortly.

The latest OS update brings multiple new and improved features for OnePlus 3/3T, the update brings a new pickup gesture that allows you to pick up the call by raising your phone. The Gallery has been updated to version 2.5 that brings new features, the update also adds OnePlus Switch and latest security patches. For more details please see the official change log below.

Head to Settings > About device > System updates. If you think your device is rooted then you need to follow the manual installation process below.

Install OxygenOS Open Beta 32/23 on OnePlus 3/3T

Before you begin:

Your device should be charged minimum 60% to avoid shut down during the process.

Latest USB drivers for OnePlus should be installed on PC. Here

Set up adb and fastboot drivers. Follow this quick guide

Process to install OxygenOS beta 32 on OnePlus 3 and beta 23 on Oneplus 3T

Download the OxygenOS open beta 31/21 for Oneplus 3/3T from the link below and transfer the downloaded zip file in a specific folder.

Now open the same folder press Shift+Right Click on any empty area in the folder then choose ‘Open command window here’.

Issue the following command to reboot your device into recovery mode

adb reboot recovery

Once in recovery mode, select ‘Install from USB’ and then type the following command (from the same folder where you placed the firmware file) to start the adb sideload process.

adb sideload filename.zip

The installation process will start and wait for it to complete. Once the process is completed simply type

fastboot reboot

That’s it! You have the latest OxygenOS beta update on your device.
