Android 8.1 Oreo build v2.13B released for Nokia 7 Plus
Nokia has started seeding it’s 2018 devices including Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 6 2018 with the latest Android 8.1 Oreo update. The update is rolling out as we speak, you can see the screenshot of the update as well. The stock Oreo Android 8.1 update for Nokia 7 Plus arrives as build v2.13B that is rolling out for all users, you can head to Settings > About device > System updates and check for Oreo OTA if available.
The Android 8.1 Oreo for Nokia 7 Plus brings multiple new features and goodies of Android Oreo including Picture In Picture mode, Adaptive icons, Autofill, Notification timeout, April 2018 security patch and much more. According to Nokia’s Change log, the Oreo update for Nokia 7 Plus also includes Revamped Power Menu, Bluetooth battery percentage, new setting menu and much more. The update weighs in around 590.2MB you can download the update via OTA anytime.

You need to set up adb and fastboot drivers on PC, follow this guide to install them right away.
Enable USB Debugging on Nokia 7 Plus.
A Working USB Cable is required.

Download the v2.13B OTA zip for Nokia 7 Plus and transfer the downloaded zip file in a specific folder.
Now open the same folder press Shift+Right Click on any empty area in the folder then choose ‘Open command window here’.
Issue the following command to reboot your device into recovery mode
adb reboot recovery
Once in recovery mode, select ‘Install from USB’ and then type the following command to start the adb sideload process.
adb sideload ota.zip
The installation process will start and wait for it to complete. Once the process is completed simply type
fastboot reboot
