Sony is the first manufacturer that delivered Android 7.0 Nougat update to it’s supported devices when some OEM were still seeding security updates. Sony brought the latest Android 7.0 Nougat update along latest security updates to it’s devices, Sony started the Xperia program for the Xperia device to taste the latest firmware update before it’s final release. Now Sony is again about to release an Xperia X concept update that will bring Android 7.1.2 Nougat to Xperia X Concept. The Android 7.1.2 Nougat update will be rolling out for the Xperia X concept from next week.
The Android 7.1.2 Nougat update is available for the Nexus and Pixel devices but the released of Android 7.1.2 Nougat for Xperia X concept will place Sony on the top OEMs category that brought Android 7.1.2 Nougat to their devices. Samsung and OnePlus are also known fastest to roll out updates but this time Sony once again beat them in this race. The latest update that Sony released for Xperia X Concept brings build number 38.3.1.A.0.96, packed with April security patch and bug fixes.
