T-Mobile HTC 10 receives Nougat build 2.37.531.5 update

T-Mobile has started the regular roll out of Android 7.0 Nougat for it’s HTC 10. The Nougat update for T-Mobile HTC 10 was long due as the Global variant of HTC 10 received Nougat update in November the last year. The update arrives via OTA accompanied with software number 2.37.531.5 and weighs around 1.22GB, it’s a major update so you need to have working internet connection to download the firmware.

We have managed to post the firmware RUU in the link below and guided to install the 2.37.531.5 firmware RUU on T-Mobile HTC 10. Carrier bonded devices always remain late to taste the firmware updates before the unlocked ones. Even Samsung is known for it’s efficient firmware support has just released the Nougat firmware today that was promised to release in December what else you can expect from other carrier.

The carrier based Samsung’s flagships are still looking for the Nougat update. If you haven’t received the OTA notification on your device, give a manual check for the OTA, go to Settings menu >> About Phone section >> Software updates, wait for it until it shows you the firmware update available message. Download and flash it on your device and remember to give us your feedback.
