Nokia 8 gets first Android 8.1 Oreo Beta via V4.82A build

Nokia has finally started seeding Android 8.1 Oreo beta update for Nokia 8. The Oreo Android 8.1 update is available to download as build V4.82A if you have already signed up for beta program called Nokia Phone Beta Labs. The Android 8.1 Oreo beta update first rolled out for company’s latest flagship, while remaining Nokia device will get the update later.

The Android 8.1 Oreo V4.82A for Nokia 8 weighs around 1.5GB, comes with new dark and light themes which change according to wallpaper, the Pixel 2 Launcher is included, Redesigned Power Menu, new Shutdown and Reboot Animation, Round Status bar Icons, and revamped Settings.

You can simply register yourself with the Nokia beta program and the update will arrive on your device a few hours later after registration.
