HTC 10 Nougat 2.41.401.3 update rolls out to users in UK
HTC 10 users in UK are getting the official Android 7.0 Nougat OTA started this morning. HTC seems to be on roll for Europe and UK, the same day HTC 10 LifeStyle has received the stock Nougat update. If you own a HTC 10 and your device is un-rooted then you’ll get the Nougat OTA on your device. The update carries firmware version 2.41.401.3 and weighs about 1.17GB, you need to have a proper stable internet connection to download the update without interruption.
The update brings latest Nougat features along latest security patch and multiple other improvements in overall firmware. Just visit the Settings menu >> About phone >> Software updates. Check for the new update if available, else you need to wait for the Nougat firmware RUU. The Nougat roll out for US was halted by HTC because the firmware was unstable and issues found on it. However it is announced that the Nougat update will be released with January security in the coming days.
