The update is arriving as build number 25.226.5.kinzie_verizon.verizon.en.US that brings security patch for the month of October 2017 along with multiple improvements and bug fixes in the firmware. The update not only installs the Oct patch but also fixes the Blueborne exploit along other important things.
Droid Turbo 2 stock Nougat update has been released a few months back and that’s great to see because it’s more then 2 year older device. Unfortunately Oreo will not be available for Turbo 2 as Motorola has not mentioned it’s name in the list. Although if you bootloader unlocked there are a variety of custom Oreo firmware for Turbo 2, we have posted such ROMs for multiple devices you can visit our custom ROM section to see them.
