Android 7.1.x Nougat is the latest version of Android Operating System released by the biggest search giant Google. The Android 7.0/7.1.x Nougat Google Apps are the most basic but most necessary thing you need to install while flashing Nougat custom ROM.

With the release of stock Nougat, developers have achieved a chance to prepare Nougat custom ROM. The Google apps package contains important apps like Google Play store, Google Play services, YouTube, Hangouts, Maps, Google Play Music, Google Calendar and even Google Play Books. Unlike stock ROMs, Custom ROM give you choice to install the selective apps of your choice and need. You can also disable some of the unnecessary apps on your device if you think you don’t need them anymore.

If you are a frequent custom ROM changer then you might better know which Google Apps package you would need to install if you have flashed CM14.0 or a CM14.1 custom ROM. Well you first see the if it’s CM14.0 ROM then you need to flash Android 7.0 Google Apps, if the flashed ROM is CM14.1 then you would need to flash the Android 7.1 Nougat Google apps on your device.
