AT&T Galaxy S7 G930A gets October security patch with Blueborne fix

AT&T has rolled out October security patch with Blueborne fix for Galaxy S7 SM-G930A on it’s Network. The update brings some critical improvements which includes latest security patch for the month of October 2017 along fixes for Blueborne vulnerability. The update arrives as build G930AUCS4BQJ2 while OS stays on Android 7.1.1 Nougat, the update weighs around 135MB. This is not only a security update but it also brings fixes for minor glitches in the firmware to enhance stability and smooth user experience.

The G930AUCS4BQJ2 update doesn’t seems a major one but it is very important to install, the security patch once installed on your device becomes a great protection against Malware and different vulnerabilities. So we recommend you to keep your device up to date regarding any latest firmware update, sometimes apart from security fixes the update also brings improvements and bug fixes to enhance device stability. Head to Settings > About phone > System updates. Before updating we recommended you to charge your device at minimum 60%.
